Where We Ship
We ship within Canada and to these international destinations:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
We only ship to the United States via golflinx18.com

We primarily ship with FedEx; for some Canadian addresses we may use Canada Post. Carrier/service level is at our discretion.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International)
International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage, and fees charged by the destination country.
Address & Delivery Conditions
- U.S. addresses: We cannot ship to U.S. addresses from golflinx18.ca.
- P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes (especially for international shipments). Please provide a physical address.
- Failed deliveries: If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to address issues, we may deduct original/return shipping and any carrier/customs charges from your refund.
- Lost of stolen packages: Golf Linx 18 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us promptly.

- We ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). You are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and local fees charged by your country.
- Customs can delay delivery. Transit times shown at checkout start after shipment and don’t include customs processing.
- Use a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). A local phone number may be required for customs/delivery.
- Remote-area surcharges or oversized/heavy fees may apply.
- If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to address issues, we may deduct original/return shipping plus any carrier/customs charges from your refund.
- International returns: customers pay return shipping to our designated warehouse(s). Duties/taxes paid to local authorities are not refundable by Golf Linx 18.
- Prices are shown in CAD on golflinx18.ca.
Promotions & Free Shipping Eligibility
If a promotional offer (including Gift With Purchase) reduces the price at checkout and you later return items so the order no longer qualifies, we may:
- Deduct the retail value of any unreturned gift, and/or
- Reverse free-shipping eligibility and deduct the applicable shipping cost from your refund.
